An Elegant Evening

Our bishop recently attended a nice dinner and thought, "We should do that for the adults in our area."  The result was a very elegant evening with great food, great music, and great company.

It looked like a wedding reception - very lovely.

After dinner, there was dancing in the center of the room.

These lovely centerpieces had several battery-operated "candles" in them.  When the lights were dimmed, it created a very intimate atmosphere.

We planned food for 120 people, so we had to use the overflow area, too.

The meal included pork loin, baked potatoes, green bean casserole, individual side salads, rolls, and cheesecake for dessert.  It was a great deal of work, but well worth it.
