Taste A Rainbow

We recently attended an activity for the young women at church.  After the meeting we were served the above rainbow cupcakes topped with whipped cream.  Aren't they festive?

I found out the leaders used a recipe from Family Fun magazine.  I thought I'd share the instructions in case anyone else wants to try them.
