Because of the hail storm a few months ago, it seems like nearly every house in our neighborhood is getting a new roof. This week it was our turn.
This is the old gray roof. The roofers laughed every time I took pictures.
The new shingles were delivered to the roof via a conveyor belt.
They ripped off the old shingles...
until all that was left was the bare wood.
The next day we had this amazing brown roof.
So as long as we don't get another nasty hail storm, this roof should last another 30 years.
