My younger brother Devon came to visit in mid-July. We were all SO excited to see him again! My nephew Eric was Devon's shadow for much of Devon's visit.
Devon and Eric own the same video games, but Uncle Devon is much more skilled at it than Eric.

Eric decided he was tough and he attempted to take Uncle Devon down. He failed, much to the delight of the other kids. Uncle Devon is tough for an old man of 37!
Devon brought his dog, Jade, with him. She did not like Eric wrestling with Devon. She barked and barked until Devon had to stop wrestling and convince her they were only playing. Then she barked still but she was having fun.
Eric wasn't sure he wanted her to help Devon. Jade has a really deep bark and very sharp teeth! He was afraid that in her enthusiam she would bite something he didn't want bit.
We had a birthday party while Devon was here. All the kids made cards for those having birthdays.
We surprised Devon by celebrating his October birthday in July. He won't be here in October so we celebrated while he was here.
Very creative kids....they worked on the cards for a really long time.
Uncle Jose, Grandma K, and Aunt Sharilyn didn't want their pictures taken. Party poopers!
Grandpa didn't mind having his picture taken, especially with his snuggle bunny on his lap.
Megan loves her Grandpa!
