Halloween 2011

This was an exciting Halloween for me.  Each of the girls came up with their own costumes this year....and they made them out of items they already had.  How cool is that??

Heather - cowgirl

Someone has been watching too many old  westerns.  She refused to look up for the photo.  She borrowed the hat from her dad but had all the other items in her closet already.

Emily - mafia member

Emily wore one of her dad's old suits.  She had the jacket on earlier. She had asked a friend if she could borrow her violin case, but then we forgot to go get it until we were leaving for the Halloween party.  She still looked good, though.

Megan - Taylor Swift

We crimped Megan's hair one day and were surprised at how much it made her look like country singer Taylor Swift.  We painted a cardboard guitar and added some sparkle and we had a superstar!

We attended a Halloween party with some friends.  Naturally, I forgot my camera so we had to take pictures when we got home, but the girls had fun.
