Heather and her presents

Heather recently turned 13....officially a teenager! Yikes! Now I have TWO teenagers.

Luckily, Heather is still a girl of simple tastes. When asked what she wanted for her birthday dinner she said "grilled cheese and tator tots." Nothing fancy for our girl! Ha Ha

She also LOVES anything with a lemon flavor. So in addition to her regular birthday presents, she also got a variety of lemony items....

and a lemon birthday cake with lemon frosting.

That is WAY more lemon that the rest of us can handle, so Grandma Libby also baked double-chocolate chunk brownies. Chocolate rates higher with the rest of us than lemon. :-)

Heather had a great birthday and commented that she didn't feel much different. I certainly haven't seen any signs of teenager behavior....yet.
